Cancellations Returns

 We reserve the right to cancel any order. We are protected by the best fraud system, and can not control the automated analysis taking at time of purchase. All orders’ shipping and billing addresses should match the card information. If the order is cancelled please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to return to your account. 

*NO CHANGES OR REFUNDS ONCE ORDER IS PLACED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! ONCE YOUR ORDER IS CANCELLED THE ORDER IS VOIDED AND COMMUNICATION ON THAT ORDER WILL SEIZE. 

If there are any changes ask to be made to an order it will be cancelled.

We reserve the right to refuse any refunds or returns at any time. 

 

Delivery 

Processing time does NOT include shipping time. Please allow 2-3 days for processing. Once your order is shipped check the tracking information for order updates and estimated arrival date. ALL orders are shipped standard shipping (via USPS) NO expedited shipping available.

 

*Due to the holidays and the high volume of packages that are shipped daily, a lot of packages are being delayed momentarily, as we strive to provide excellent customer service, this is completely out of our hands. So be patient with receiving your package and with the updating of your tracking number.“

 

Policies

The Processing time is 2-3 days per order. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Once your order has been completed there will be NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR CANCELLATIONS to an order.

*If you request to change anything on a completed order, your order will be cancelled.*

The shipping and billing address must match as it is makes sure all the information is correct so your order shipped in a timely manner.

ORDERS

All orders are fulfilled in the order they are received, this may result in an item selling out before the order is processed. 

A tracking confirmation and email (or sms message) will be sent when processing and handling is completed.

In the case that a shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged, all orders have insurance and the customer takes all responsibility for claims with the shipping carrier.
